Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information


Packages will be shipped via Canada Post and you will be notified when your package has been mailed with a tracking number, if applicable. Items will be shipped using the most efficient and economical rates.

Custom orders may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the nature of the order and the number of orders I have at the time. I complete items in the order that I receive them, unless a specific date is requested.

One-of-a kind items will be shipped the same day if the order was placed before noon (Eastern Time US & Canada) and payment was processed. Orders placed after noon (Eastern Time US & Canada) will ship the next business day.

International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Lidia Jewelry is not responsible for lost items.

Return Policy


Please notify us, via email, of your intent to refund or exchange your item. You will receive a confirmation email from us.

All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender:
  • All items may be returned for refund or exchanges only within 7 days of delivery confirmation receipt.
  • Shipping charges and paypal fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept exchanges and refunds of used goods or sale items.
  • All items must be returned in new condition in the same shipping container in which you received your item or an equivalent shipping container.
  • Jewelry tags must still be on the jewelry.
  • Item must be as well padded and protected as you received them.
  • If there is a problem with the item damaged from shipment, we must be contacted within 24 hours of you receiving your shipment otherwise we are not responsible.
  • Bracelets will be resized for free; you have only to pay to ship the item.
  • Jewelry exchanges can be applied only to merchandise currently available on our website.
  • We accept exchanges of merchandise of equal or lesser value of the item or items purchased.

Repairs


Please notify us, via email, if your item needs to be repaired.

We take great care and effort in making sure that your design can withstand normal use. All jewelry is shipped in perfectly assembled and wear-ready condition, allowing you to immediately enjoy.

Lidia Jewelry items will be repaired free of charge for one month from date of purchase, providing there is no obvious signs of misuse. Shipping and replacement parts are the responsibility of the buyer.

If at any time repair work is needed, after one month from date the item has been delivered, there will be a $20 labor fee, per item. If extra materials are needed such as beads, pendants, clasps, etc., then material costs will apply in addition to our labor fee.

We are not responsible for any other repairs on our merchandise after delivery.

The charges will need to be paid prior to the work being done.
